Guest Checkout shopping is available for customers who don't wish to register an account. However, registering with us will help you be informed of the latest offers & promotions, easy return, tracking and will speed up the ordering process.

Items will remain in your basket as long as they are in stock. If an item is out of stock it will automatically be removed, you can add it back once the item is back in stock or replace it with another item of your choice.

Yes, MODASTY operations are currently continuing. However, our delivery times may take a little longer than usual considering delayed postal services. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and for your order in the checkout.

You can enter your promo code before proceeding to Secure Payment. The discounted amount will be reflected in the total and the breakdown. Please note that you may submit more than one promo code with the same purchase, but only one promo code for the same brand will be accepted.

The shipping fees vary based on the brand, the shipping country and the quantity of items ordered. You can check the shipping fee at the check-out page. However, we always have promotions that include Free Shipping! 

Please note that packages delivered internationally may be subject to customs duty. In this case, customs officials will inform you about how to receive your order. Customs duty may vary according to your order and shipping country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duty on any order subject to customs clearance.

You can track your order status with the tracking code provided by e-mail. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with MODASTY along with emails from the individual brands with tracking codes once dispatched.

Each brand's items are considered as a separate package. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with MODASTY. Once a package from a brand is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code for that specific package.

Promo codes may be combined with other promotion codes, dependent on the code.

We provide highly secure and safe shopping experiences for our shoppers.

All your Credit card details are encrypted from your bank and the safe payment gateway, hence no information is shared or saved by us.

If you receive an damaged, defective, or an incorrect item, we apologize in advance.

Please email us at support@modasty.com with your Order ID, Product, along with photos of the item, the defect, and the interior- exterior labels and tag photos. Our Customer Care team may take 2-3 business days to respond, but will ensure your satisfaction!

For all orders effective April 1st, 2024, MODASTY's Purchase Protection Program will apply.

Each seller on MODASTY is responsible for setting their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns on every item they list for sale.

If the customer needs to return or exchange an item, the seller is the best person to help. Each seller on MODASTY is expected to manage their own orders, and make decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.

However, if the seller is not able to help, customers may escalate their case with MODASTY’s escalation team.

For all orders effective 1st April 2024, MODASTY's Purchase Protection Program will apply. With MODASTY's Purchase Protection Program, customers may escalate their case with MODASTY’s escalation team. If the escalation team determines that the product(s) i) does not arrive within the displayed time frame, ii) does not have a tracking number within 14 days, iii) arrives damaged, iv) does not match the item description or photos, or v) other reasons where escalation team seems fit, the escalation team may provide automatic full refund to the customer. This refund will be deducted from the seller's upcoming monthly invoice, and will be reflected in the payment.

As we continue to expand and grow our operations, quality and timeliness of service is of utmost importance. We hope this program will improve customer experience.

Joining and becoming a seller on MODASTY is as easy as contacting us at selling@modasty.com! We will then begin the registration process and create an account for your brand!

We are so excited to work with you!

Joining and becoming a seller on MODASTY is free! Unlike other marketplaces, there aren’t any complex listing, publishing, advertising nor payment processing fees. Only one simple transaction fee. 

It costs $0 to publish a listing to the marketplace. Once an item sells, there is a 15% transaction fee on the sale price only (not including the delivery or tax fees). With MODASTY Payments, our easy-to-use and secure payment system, it will cost $0 to accept payments from a wide variety of credit and debit cards.

Just sit back and enjoy secure transactions, one simple transaction fee, automatic deposits, and seller protection.

MODASTY provides a marketplace for everything to do with modest fashion. This includes: hijabs, sportswear, dresses, suits, sets, accessories, home decor and everything in between.

With MODASTY Payments, our easy-to-use and secure payment system, you may accept payments from a wide variety of credit and debit cards.

Funds from your monthly sales are collected, invoiced, and paid in the first 14 days of the following month.

Please note, your payment will be the total sale price minus our 15% transaction fee on the sale price only.

Once you are a MODASTY seller, you can reach out to our support staff by email or request a phone call whenever you have a question.

Orders may be cancelled by customers within 24 hours.

As a seller on our marketplace, we understand that you may have your own return & refund policy.
